325i Idle Vibration (N52)

I have a 325i with a little over 130,000 km. Ever since I bough it, there has always been slight vibration at idle. The idle does not fluctuate but once warm it sits at 650 rpm.

I changed to Mobil 1 0w-40 oil, cleaned the MAF sensor, changed air filter and used techron injector cleaner. Noting made a difference. The battery was replaced recently due to low voltage and the vibration some what decreased.

It also gets better after a long drive on the weekends (50 km freeway) other wise I drive it less than 10 km a day.

Don't know what could be causing this? I am aware that the N51 has vibration issues but not the N52.
