Exploring RB accessories

I see a lot of people using the RB PCV valve. I still am learning so be gentile. What are the benefits of this over stock? Benefits of screw top vs non screw top RB Valve?
Then to the other accessories. I don't know what the pros and cons of each are. PCV vent hose, coolant interface adapters, oil feed bulkhead adapter, trans cooler thermostat blocker, and head flange. Anyone please enlighten me on these? Thanks and I appreciate not being flamed.

Garage List
The stock pcv valve can give inconsistent performance over time and it can "leak" which can cause excessive oil usage or excessive smoking when tuned to higher boost levels. The cap has no benefit other than that it can be reinstalled/Uninstalled multiple times without fear of damage to the cap

Thanks that's two of them. I have a relatively new valve OEM so I'm guessing I'm ok? Doing ridiculous boost soon. I'll skip the cap. What about the hose or flange? The others I'm not so worried about.

1 reply, 150 views? Really? I see the flange. I want to know what the benefit is and if I should use it. Should be a simple thing. Thx.

Rb made a head flange so someone could have custom exhaust runners made up if they wanted/needed and have the car side connection already sorted. It's literally the very first result if you google Rb head flange.

That said, thx. I don't need it.
