So I came across this interview by VICE about this japanese dude who kills/rapes and then eats girls. Pretty interesting stuff and about 33mins long.

Why was he set free after the first murder? How does society allow him to continue to flaunt his crimes? He basically openly tells people he still has strong urges to eat humans and cannot suppress those urges by masturbating anymore because he's impotent now. So many worthy quotes from this guy but damn...this is as fucked up as it gets. Anyway, enjoy.
