Muffler Delete

Has anyone done the muffler delete mod whos in Vancouver? Need someone to guide me on what to do and which shops and stuff to get the tips + welding done ...

i'd suggest you check out the muffler place next to landsdowne mall *well next to subway and the richmond review*... they specialize in doing muffler work, and i've been there in the past for my civic.. although their price is not the cheapest, they do quality work..

get quotes from different muffler shop, for my civic, when i wanted to do a custom catback, i got quote from 175 to 350 just for the pipe and welding :-/

well i also need to get the exhaust tips which i rather get local cause its a hassle to always order stuff online but i will check out that place sometime!

check out lordco for muffler tips.. they got a pretty large selection ..are you part of SFICC @ SFU? if you are, you get 30% off discount at lordco

SFICC is a car club @ sfu.. not much of a hardcore car club like e90post,..membership is like 2 bucks and you get some good discount (ie. 30% lordco).

check out their forum, they are having a booth setup soon, so you can sign up for their membership.

i'm gonna be going to SFU next semester *currently at kwantlen*, so i'll probably join the club just for the heck of it..

150-300 is absolute rip off.
I got top notch MAGNAFLOW tips and welding and custom pipe for 100$ Canadian in a cheap muffler shop. The welding is also the best compared many other places I've seen.

What's the muffler delete?

Is it basically deleting both of the mufflers and getting straight pipes all the way through?

is just removing the muffler at the end, and replacing it with a tip.. seach it up, lots of people have done this...

as with the 150-300 price. i'm saying thats for my civic, and it was a differnt type of application that required bigger pipes and more welding..
