Dinan vs. Vishnu

Hello I am new here and also a new owner of a 335i I was wondering if some of you all can please explain the pros and cons of the vishnu proceed and dinan chips for my car. thanks for the help. Also I am a little hesitant about getting mods due to voiding the warranty but, I’ve been told its impossible to detect the vishnu if you take it out before service is this correct?
