What do you guys think of my E90 with new SSR's and carbon fibre ?

Just installed front carbon fibre lip via mod bargains , rear trunk carbon p style lip and custom SSR GT03 wheels , I think it needs a lowering kit and carbon fibre kidney girlls to complete her , what do you guys think ?

I think you wasted money and it seems you will continue to waste it. Business must be good.

not my fav wheels, but each to their own.

no go for CF style grill. flat black or gloss black looks much better.

take that orange shit out of the headlight, drop the car, find yourself a m-tech/m3 rep front.

Don't forget to get some blue/white centre cap, cf wheel cap will look funny

I agree with sticking to matte or gloss black grills and center caps. It looks like there's something missing without the center caps.

Lip and spoiler look good. I would have painted them but that's just me. Agree with the guys you need a drop. Not loving the wheels personally, but they're good quality wheels, if you like the style, they're a good choice. Don't put carbon on the grills, they are the first part of the car people look at and a BMW covered in carbon gives the wrong impression, imo.

Carbon looks silly with the stock bumper. Never did a car need a drop more.

+1, and needs better pics also.

I wouldn't put wheels on a e90 without sport suspension at least, springs or coilovers. Wheels aren't quite my taste but at least you picked a quality set. Money could have been better spent if you had gotten a reputable set of coilovers first, not a "lowering kit" lol and also instead buying a front lip for the terrible stock bumper just save up for mtech, or almost any other front bumper would look better.

Center caps, add some carbon fiber mirror caps to accent the bumper since you're going that route. The wheels can work with the chrome trim, but I think gunmetal or silver would be a good option as well.

Those are the stock silver finishing rods on the base bumper. I recently replaced mine with black: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1088419

I'll echo all of this. Not a fan of the wheels, but to each their own. I'd also add: delete the orange markers on the headlights.

jokes aside, VMR wheels would have been a better choice.

Lol SSR wheels are definitely better than VMR but they also cost 3-4x the amount. I just think he should have gone with a different style.

SSR>.............................................. .................................................. .........VMR.

Just sayin, so there's no confusion to other readers, not having a dig at you monkey. I agree the 710s are a much prettier wheel, but they are not in the same league.

SSR/VMR/STD/POS... I hate all those... the only rims I would invest would be HRE wheels..

with your color car the black rims don't compliment anything. Should have stayed with silver for a more cleaner look, this just screams you bought the wheels off craigslist and didn't choose the style/color you really wanted.

Maybe it's just the color of the car but it doesn't seem like a "race or modded" type of car, even if you add cf/wheels/drop etc..

Going to agree the car isn't aggressive enough to pull off those wheels. And why is the Shoppers Drug Mart the only store there? They must have some good stuff there.
