Official: 2015 NBA PLAYOFFS!
Being a huge basketball fan, I'm sad to see the regular season end today.
Let the the PLAYOFFS begin!! LET'S GO MAVS!!!! Should be a good series against rival Houston! Not expecting too much from my team, but I'll be there cheering then on...! FUN FACT: Rajon Rondo has won every 1st round playoff series (5-0) that he has played in. FUN FACT: Mavs have won every playoff series (4-0) they have been in w/ Tyson Chandler on the roster. Gonna be difficult with Harden playing bonkers tho and Dwight back doing his thing. And honestly, the Pelicans vs Warriors looks to be intriguing. They just beat the Spurs convincingly and beat the Warriors recently add well. The east!? Meh.

No shit! I have always admired Athletes or anyone for that matter who demonstrates, "Class, Humbleness, and generally low key". A great example of this is Kawhi Leonard! That guy will get a MAX Contract from somebody next season for sure! And the Spurs are always dangerous this time of year...

No way Clippers beat Spurs!
Mavs will take the series to 7. Not sure of who comes out. The Hawks are playing kinda suspect... I'm giving the East to Cavs.

TXSTYLE Hahahaha! Go Houston! Now that we have Trevor Ariza for Parsons trade. We came out way ahead! Lol!
pikkagtr Showboating? What the hell do any other NBA player do when they do bad ass? Geeeez But All we can do is root for our hometown teams. Nothing I can, nor anybody else can do for that matter, to change any outcome of any game. It's all up to the teams themselves. Crazy to see Texas having all teams in the playoffs and a chance for some real sh!t to go down. The I-10 and I-45 rivalry is going to be a blast!

And with the Rockets and Mavericks, Stoudemire isn't as dominating as he used to be and is still a liability on defense (I know, Suns fan here), he's also still sort of a 1 man team, waiting for a ball to come to him and all. James Harden just is ferocious and a sniper everywhere. Nowitzski is still reliable as ever but he's slowing down. I honestly don't know much about the East, you could take pretty much the top 5 teams in the West and they'd all be better than the top 5 in the East. |

GSW vs PELS......................Golden State in 6
I think the Pels win 2 of these games. Inside Omer Asik and AD will give GSW lots of trouble. the problem is I dont see any great defensive wings on the pels to slow down either Curry or Thompson. and overall GS is just a better Team. HOU vs MAVS............Mavericks in 6 or 7 As good as Harden has been and houston is the 2nd seed. I dont see them getting past the Mavs. this is where I think the Pickup of Rondo an STAT is gonna pay dividends. Howard is still injured and recovering and the Mavs frontline of Dirk// Chandler// Parson// Stoudemire should dominate. I dont see Harden beating the Mavs by himself w ith Carlisle on the sidelines . Rondo can be a great defender and an excellent rebounder forhis position and should help to slow down Harden. Monta Ellis an Dirk (even though aging) can be just as explosive as Harden so this should be interesting SPURS vs CLIPS............Spurs in 6 On the good side, the Spurs route means no GS until the Conference Finals, on the bad side Spurs will start every series without HC, more bothersome to me is this first round matchup with the Clips. of all the teams i fear for the Spur in the west, the Clips is the team because of the big Athletic front line of Blake griffin and D'Andre Jordan. the Advantage Spurs have is that Griffin is not a great Defender and Jordan as a good rebounder is not good on the perimeter. enter Boris Diaw or Lineups with Leonard as the PF. If the Spurs can play this to their advantage and with Leonard/ Corey Josephs an Green playing tag team on CP3, the spurs can win this series in 6. If Griffin and Jordan is outplaying the fronline then spurs are in trouble, I still think the Spurs pull it out and if they o it gets easier as neither Dallas or Houston beats SA in the 2nd round MEMPHIS vs PORLAND............Memphis in 4 or 5 Memphis end up with a good seeding, they are 5th, but start on their HC. Memphis should win this easily because Portland is riddled with injuries. I say Memphis in 5 or even a sweep |

The Spurs depend almost entirely on their starting 5, their bench can go both ways too, Boris Diaw is unreliable as a center. (Again, coming from a Suns fan).

Rondo had been lackluster as far as I'm concerned during regular season. BUT, I remember that championship run with the celtics! His ass was possessed and was epic at defense. This is EXACTLY why he was brought here! And never count out Dirk or coach Carlisle. Dude is a foking Wizard at making adjustments. But where Dallas will shine is bench play! Also Amare is playing much better than his last couple of seasons. |

The Western conference games are all going to be good. The Eastern conference, on the other hand is going to be boring. Under .500 teams making the playoffs. Really! Should be the top 16 teams make the playoffs. Ok. Now it's time for the band wagon Cleveland Cavaliers fans to come out.

I say a Western conference team wins the championship. I'm rooting for San Antonio. My second choice is Golden State. Unfortunately my Knicks are irrelevant.
