Misfire help

I have a 2007 BMW 335XI

I had a frequent issue with the car having a jumping feeling when I was accelerating from 2000-2500 rpms and up. Anyways this would happen here and there and then started happening more frequently. It never threw codes but finally this morning I started it and the car ran like crap. I sat in the drivers seat and the whole car was shaking and it finally threw the first code with this issue. I got P0306 Cylinder 6 misfire. I replaced all the plugs and coils today to try and fix the issue. Started the car up and same thing. I ran the codes again and either the second one popped up or I only noticed it the second time around and it is P0206 Injector Circuit/ Open cylinder 6. What could be wrong with the vehicle? Im hoping its not an injector and if it is can anyone provide a link for a good DIY guide. Thanks in advanced

Yeah thats what I figured. Indy shops want 1800-1900 for parts and labor, not bad considering parts alone are 1300-1400. Might try it myself then have them code it after. Is there a special tool for removing the injector that anyone can provide a link to buy?

If you're trying to save as much cash as possible, I'd start by just replacing the 3 injectors from that bank. Some might even say just do #6 but that's generally not suggested...
Also, if you don't have a K+DCAN cable for coding, you'll need one of those

INJECTOR PART# 13537585261
DECOUPLING ELEMENT PART# 13537564751

Thanks 335x, I saw the e90 post thread, its very detailed and I should be able to do it with no problems. I will start with 3 if I do it myself but if I have a shop do it I'm just going to go with all 6 and bite the bullet. Ill make a decision later today.

In the same boat, spent an hour messing with number 6 as well, swapped coils and plugs and still misfiring. Ordered a injector this am and set the laptop up for when it arrives.

Nope, I'll either pry it out or use my slide hammer.

Okay guys seems like mine is fixed. Here's a video of how my car has been sounding for the past 2 weeks. But it wasn't until the other day when i started getting cylinder 5 misfire through my jb4 with no SES light. I figured it was the injector because my plugs only had 8k miles on them and the coil only had 500 miles. Turns out, it looked like it was just the spark plugs. Changed them all out, and the car is now smooth and pulls hard again.
Hope this helps.
