Need help! Exhaust smoke

I am in a 2009 e90 335i. Running Cobb AP stage 2+ sport. I have a fmic, cattless dps, dci, resonator delete/x-pipe installed, secondary cat delete.

Ever since I got my fmic and cattless dps installed (~6 months ago) I have been noticing white smoke coming out of my exhaust. 90% of the time that it happens is when I come to a stop in DS mode although I noticed a lot coming from my exhaust while cruising last week. Simply revved my engine and it went away.

I also had the low oil light come on a few weeks back. It's almost time for a new oil change but I went ahead and added a quart.

My turbos seem to be doing good. Still putting out good boost. Could this be turbo seals? Any help would be appreciated and who to see about it (dealer or exhaust/muffler shop).

I've also been told that it smokes when it shifts gears at WOT.

Generally white smoke out of the tailpipe is indicative of anti-freeze and some sort of gasket/coolant leak.

Most problems with tuned 335i's, from what I've read, seem to be resolved with checking your plugs/coils though--when was the last time they were changed?

Unfortunately my car isn't FBO, so I cannot offer more than rudimentary knowledge.

Check your plugs/coils, head gasket hoses, coolant levels, etc.

Also depending on weather it could simply be condensation (water), but I'm sure you're aware of that, so other than the aforementioned, I'm sure more knowledgeable members will chime in soon.

Plugs and coils were both changed 12k miles ago. No misfire codes at all. I also changed the pre cat O2 sensors about 3k miles ago.

My coolant level is actually low right now (the light came on a couple weeks ago and I haven't had the chance to top it off yet).

I haven't noticed any leaks. Where would coolant be leaking into the exhaust?

The white smoke is oil. You just can't see the blue tint to it.

It may very well be because you have no cats.

I'm thinking it could be because I am fully cattless also. I have a bad rattle around 2500 rpm so I'm taking it to an exhaust shop next week anyways. Hopefully they can find a solution.
