To celebrate Drinko de Mayo, I had a single diabetic Cadillac after we finished at dark on the wiring of the carport/shed. Rocks, shot of Tres Generacion, shot of Patron silver, spritz of Grand Marnier. I got to get me one of those glass rim salters.

i had 0 drinks. The spot we went to last night was mega jam packed. After about 45min waiting for the bartender, the cops and fire marshal shut it down.

Nice! Grand Marnier is among my all time favorites! And I'm somewhat of a liquor connoisseur.

I'm also a HUGE fan of Grand Marnier.

Since I try to avoid the high-sugar mixes, I tend to go with better quality alcohols. That spritz of GM is what makes it no longer just sipping tequila, and I can claim to be a social drinker

I found a bowl of meats, and poured it on my plate, along with the white refried beans. Took a bite of the meat, it was funky flavored and consistency. Took another bite, it didn't change. Wife and sis-in-law weren't around to tell me what it was I was eating. Tried a third and had to spit it in the trash. Luckily there was a relleno hanging around.

On the subject of Tequila guys, if you like it, you MUST try one or all of the above I posted. But if only one: Gran Centenario
Don't get caught up in the Patron 'hype'.

I know I'll get flamed for this but I actually prefer Cabo Wabo to Patron and I think I prefer Espolon to anything else.

I'll take Cabo Wabo over Patron anyday, so no flame from me. It's a much smoother tequila in my opinion. I'll have to try out some of the others mentioned as I have been focusing on whiskey/scotch lately.

Patron was used just because I emptied the bottle of Tres Generacion before having enough to melt the ice in my glass. I picked up another TG anejo last night.
I have two barely touched bottles of Milagro if anyone wants to get really ill. I won't even put that in my blended Margies |

I had Modelo with my lunch, and then a few shots of Don Brito that I brought with me from a trip to Tijuana I made 2 weeks ago.
