Now that Eisenhau's Eisenmann isn't really Eisenmann....
So what next for us guys then?
1.) Stick with it 2.) Switch out to another brand? Any good recommendations about other exhaust? Just want to hear some thoughts. I'd probably not do anything unless I get SUBSTANTIAL monetary compensation from Eisenhaus.

I'm leaving in 3-4 months, so not point switching. A lot of my friends called me crazy for putting on a new exhaust knowing that I have 5 months left in US.

this issue really boils down to whether you are buying for the brand or buying for the exhaust's quality and sound.
if you are buying it because it is Eisenmann then sure, take it off, dump it in trash, wait for some words from EisenHaus. if you are satisfied with your product, i dont see why you would wanna switch. If you feel ashamed of having a fake exhaust that was once known to be authentic, then take it off is there really a need for this thread, i will say NO what you wanna do with your car is solely your own business. There are already 2 threads devoted to this topic.

I can assure you all that IND-Distribution will be selling only GENUINE Eisenmann systems from now on. We will be importing them direct from Germany and will only allow trusted vendors to sell Eisenmann products.

The owner of Eisenhaus has told me to direct all consumers that purchased non-genuine products to call Eisenhaus to discuss issues. At this time I believe that is the best option available.

whether Pallela@Industry knows it or not is the point, the point is about Eisenhaus, I assume/infer that Pallela has been selling "Eisenmann" stuff and gets them from Eisenhaus thinking that it's Eisenmann stuff. We need to talk to Eisenhaus, and hopefully they come up with some form of refund. I"m not too interested in class action lawsuit, I prefer to opt for non-legal, outside court, settlement, it just makes life easier for everyone and we can move on.
