Exhaust Upgrade

Any ideas on exhaust upgrades for my 07 335xi? The M performance one is $1,786, which is way above my price range. I would like something under $1k, that sounds good. Thanks

Why don't you freaking search. It's there for a reason.

There's literally tons of threads on different exhaust. GTFO!

The only system I can offer any personal input on is Vanguard Performance, which is not under $950, but if your budget goes up for any reason and you want some info on it PM me if you'd like.

Good luck.

Definitely search first before asking a question that's been asked a gazillion times or you'll get your ass handed to you. Ha ha!
This link will give you different sounds of various PEs so you can pick the best one(s) you like and go from there.

plenty of threads, but have you decided if you want an aggressive sound, do you mind drone, and does shaving weight mean anything to you?

I thought i didnt mind drone, until I (unintentionally) got a muffler delete. Worse 2 weeks of driving ever. I now have a resonated AA exhaust and I love it. It is not aggressive, but does have a melody too it, and it shaves some weight. My main thing was to change the exhaust pitch, and shave weight.

If i was thinking i wouldve gotten a PE exhaust mod and called it a day, but as said unintentionally my muffler was already cut and thrown out by an asshole.

I'll sell you my stock mufflers from 2011 e90 xDrive. You can do the PE mod on them and if you don't like it, at least your stock ones are not hacked up.

I think they should fit despite the year difference.

You can build off your stock exhaust. My first 07 335xi, i replaced the resonator with an xpipe, and welded on magnaflow mufflers. All in all less than $300 in parts, add some for labor. Sounded great, droned a bit.

Check with your local dealer about the BMW Performance Exhaust. I just got one brand new from the dealer backstock installed for $1320.
