I was considering installing cutouts before the mufflers on my e92 n54. Will this throw any codes?

Hum no, but you will get the muffler flap hidden code. just like you would with golf tee mod.

No.

The only exhaust modification that does throw a code is if you were to swap out the downpipes. There are no o2 sensors downstream of the downpipes.
