I am looking to sell my car, I have had this car for about 3 years now and I love this car. However due to my busy work schedule, I barely get to drive it. In 3 years I have not even put 15,000 miles on it. It just sits in the garage. The car is clean, very clean. I fully detail it every 5-6 months. I just recently detailed it, last weekend. The exterior is clean, the interior is clean. The car is cleaner than the board of health.

I have the Platinum Warranty through BMW on the car which still has 3 years left on it.

**Very important information**
About 10k miles ago I brought my car into the dealership for walnut blasting. The tech forgot to close the valve all the-way caused the walnuts to get into the piston area. Once they started the car, the engine blew up. They replaced the engine, I was given a new engine, all brand new hoses, gaskets, bolts, and ignition parts (coils/plugs). I can get all this records from the dealership with no problem. The new engine roughly has little over 10,000 miles on it.

Curious how you got platinum warranty extended for 3 years, is it because of the blown up engine tech messed up? Because BMW warranties can only be extended for 3 more years on top of stock

I did not get it extended. This is a 3rd party warranty I purchased from BMW for 5 years and 100,000 miles. After they replaced the engine, they gave me a 2 year warranty on everything they touched under the hood. Once that was over I purchased the platinum warranty from Checkered Flag BMW.

Just curious how you got it extended extra 5 years on top of stock? I thought most you could do was extra 3 years

Wow. 18.5 for 34k mile(10k N54) 335i. I want to sell my car so I can buy this one...Its even got Adaptive Cruise! Nobody has that...Its like a 2k option by itself.
