I think this's an excellent idea to test for leaking injector(s), stole it from the web lol

Interesting!

I guess the rail pressure is high enough when cranking over to get them to leak.

I don't think they should ever leak without electric pulse, also all should leak in that case why just one

other option is to disconnect all injectors, and then turn the starter,
if you listen carefully you can determine if the ignition is happening

OK, I'll ask the dumb question. If you are cranking the engine, why wouldn't all injectors spray?

edit- or is just the fuel line connected and not the electrical connection?

correct, no electrical connections, so its fuel pressure from rail only

Fuel line is connected but not the electrical. So the video is showing the injector spaying fuel without any signal, hence leaking

This is genius, only it may be more difficult to pull all the injectors rather than the plugs.

Plus if you look closely it's pretty obvious that the one leaking has a much darker tip from build up as well just in case your injector may not be leaking too bad or at all during this test.

Good idea, you can also see that the same injector has much more fouling on the tip.

Levanime would you mind letting me know the steps you did to get the injectors in that position? Also, did you reuse the decoupling elements from the injectors that were not replaced..??
