Car blasts out white smoke which has a burnt oil smell on downshifts from the left exhaust pipe and low end torque feels alot less than before

Sounds like bad turbo's to me! The most common and frequent smoking cause!

So i am in the same situation. What can i expect down the line. Holding boost just fine, def lacking low end as described, burning about 2 quarts every 5k.

take it to a mechanic and let them check your turbos. If your turbos are shot replace them under warranty at the dealership ( if under 82k miles). If not time for some RB

If its predominantly one pipe the sounds like a turbo / turbo seal going. Its just going to get worse before completely failing. Depending on whats wrong you may have a bad failure so I would definitely get this looked at.

Update: got the car diagnosed and the laggyness/smoke is caused by gunked up vanos solenoids and because of a worn out valve cover gasket thus leaking oil

Indeed its crazy how a simple wear and tear part going bad on these motors will cause your car to go into full retard mode, Thanks for the advice everyone!

I am almost certain it is my turbos haha. I just haven't accepted it yet . I have about 6k left before 82k, no matter what i am throwing my stock dps back on and attempt to get my turbos replaced.

For Future reference,

Any one with experience with turbo replacement basically fbo without the dps? I know the risks of going in with any mod, would only like responses from people with experience. I only have my stock intake with me, FMIC i cant see being problem, my cp blew last week and i do have dp back exhaust.

I would remove all the mods and ask the dealer to check the car out or just get a stage 2 turbo

If you want any chance of having your dealer take care of the turbo you need to go in bone stock.

Unless OP is doing the work by himself it might not be worth it to remove all mods, get turbo installed ( which is prone to failure) then install all mods again.
You might be better off just getting the vargas stage 1 turbos or a cheap stage 2 turbos

Yeah...I figured. I would like to take advantage of the warranty, I might as well give it a shot when that time comes, worst they can say is no or hopefully point out what needs to be stock for them to consider, would really hate to take off my fmic and exhaust. Perhaps ill get lucky with a understandable SA. haha
