Invoice: $50,570

Any thoughts on this deal? Do you think I could do better?

Where in TX are you???
That look s insanely high. I assume that includes our crazy taxes, but still.

Here are my numbers on the 2015 335i
MSRP: $58,290
Sale price: $52,500
36/12k
$546.40 + tax
No money down, $746 drive off ($638 1st payment + $108 fees)
Unfortunately in TX we get taxed on the full sale price amount, not the lease amount, so my total payment (taxes included) is $638.

My MF is 0.00128, yours 0.00170 is the highest I have seen - is your credit bad?
With that much cash down and with only 10k/year, they are also ripping you off on some hidden fees.

Hey Dr335is!

He didn't do a credit check yet. He just gave that quote. I didn't want to negotiate until I did some homework. I wanted to see where I could try to get them to come down. I felt the selling price could have been better, as well as, the MF. I'm new to TX, so this is a learning experience.

That MF is inflated.. they are bumping your interest rate up to 4.08% from 3.12% (thats with a MF of .0013 thats on the 16 3 series. not sure if the mf on your car is lower.) All dealer profit.

There is more, beyond the MF, that they are rolling in.

I am not sure you can get a better deal on the 2016s at this point. However, I'd expect your payment to be below $600 with that much cash out of pocket and for that vehicle/price.

I was wondering the same thing about not getting a better deal on a 2016. Beside quoting a MF .00170, they have the acquisition fee at $995.

Their breakdown of $3255.60:

Doc fees $146
Acquisition fees $995
License fees $128.50
Cap fees $5.00

They are missing ~$2k in the breakdown
