3rd Gear Data Log

Hey guys,

I ran a few logs today. It was 80*F and humid, but my charge air temps remained in the 100*F neighborhood. I'm concerned that I'm seeing timing pulled across multiple cylinders around 5-6 second in... What do you all think?

Note that I had a Walnut Blast in January. I installed new plugs around the same time as well.

Ok what map and mods are you running?

Was that a 3rd gear pull ?

Always have fresh plugs. That can make a difference in timing corrections.

It's a PTF Stage 1+ 93 octane map with custom throttle. Plugs and coils have about 5K on them as does the air filter. I had a walnut blast 5200 miles ago.

Mods include: ETS 5", ER Charge Pipe, Forge Diverter Valves, Cobb Filter, CP-E Downpipes.. Pump gas: 93 octane from Costco.

Couple things:
1- reset the datalog parameters
2- do more than 1 pull

Mike,

Are you saying i should just use the Cobb stock parameters? Also, I did 3 pulls all in third on long on ramps. I cruised to about 2,500 RMPs, hit the gas to about 6,500, shifted and stopped logging. All three look like the one I posted... And, I have sent the link to Dzenno at PTF. Anxious for his opinion too!

I'll get more data soon!!

Yes unless PTF specified otherwise, always log using Cobb's default parameters

Wait hold on a second... This is a PTF map? Why not goto them and ask? You paid money to have them custom
Tune your car so that you won't have to worry about stuff like this
