Overboost and CEL
UPDATE#
So i cant get it to do it again, it did it once last week and now its done it again today. I had jb4 recording an hour and it wouldnt do it again. So today I was driving running just fine and then I went wot, not the first time and the boost spiked way above 13, I have it set to 13 using my jb4. It went to 20+ car caught a few misfires and CEL came on.. I turned chip off and changed to 3 other maps all did the exact same thing. Only code 3OFF boost under pressure. . 6 speed manual 2007 newer stock turbos My relevant mods jb4 g5 down pipes .. that's probably all that's important Also running 91 octane Also! My boost gauge is displayed over fuel using the jb4

Post your user adjustment tab From there, we can hopefully see what's wrong.

The fuel / boost gauge isn't 100% accurate so best to post / do a log so we can see what is going on. 20PSI is very high so not sure thats even correct.
Log it and we can go from there. Mike |

Which firmware? And you have the proper values set for duty bias and AFR values are set according to the defaults (unless using backend flash)?

I have no idea.. I bought it installed it and havent edited any of the other stuff.

Not trying to thread jack but I think I having the same if not similar issue. Running map 1 most of the time. Recently if I go WOT on map 1, once it hits max/peak boost the CEL comes on and I think kicks over to map 4. after takin it easy for about 30 seconds the CEL goes away. for those 30 secs or so if I try to accelerate it has this vibration (possibly a misfire, but I'm not sure, but runs rough). If I am on map 4 and go WOT, it hits peak boost of 8lbs and runs fine. my code reader is with my bro so I haven't been able to check codes. Tried to connect and log one day but for some reason the jb4 wouldn't connect. Only other thing I'm wondering about is I updated the firmware and the Duty bias settings and AFR values I think are all at 0 (as recommended when updating firmware). I tried researching and not sure what they should be set to or if they auto adjust on version 30?
