DV install plastic Y connection pipe disintigrates

Installing my turbosmart DVs and the Y connection pipe that connects the three vacuum tubes together breaks apart.

It was a PITA trying to pry the leftover shards of plastic out of the tube. I completed the install, but now all three tubes are just hanging out in the engine bay. I found the part that I need to order here.

Question is, what will happen if I try to drive around town?

My guess is it will throw a p30ff code and possibly others due to a vacuum leak. It used to look like this...

okay that's not too bad. i'm gonna take a trip to napa tomorrow and pick one up. caution to anyone attempting this mod, that y connector may fall apart on you.
