Upgraded Twins
Question : Can many gains be found by upgrading twins on an FBO without running meth or ethanol fuel?

Over in Australia the guys were getting 320-330 rwkw with RB's and 98 RON.
Nowadays with the inlets it may be possible to get 350 rwkw on 98 RON. Do you guys have E85 in NZ? it really is awesome stuff and wakes the N54 up! |

One station on the outskirts of the city. I use my car as a daily driver and company delivery wagon so mixing fuels doesn't seem viable.

Inlets for RHD are still a work in progress though right?

RB inlets are a better fit. There is a group buy that is about to end in an hour or so. No need to risk for debris getting into the turbos since many do not get VTT inlets to fit tight.

This is complete misinformation. You drink too much RB coolaid. There hasn't been a single complaint about VTT inlets from people who have actually purchased them. Even though Tony posted a video of secure fitment of his 2" inlets, he also manufactures 1.75" inlets for stock turbos with the original 2" inlets for stg2 hybrids.

Had RBs for two years and compared to stock turbos you get a lot of midrange torque and power and about 30hp up top with just 93 US pump fuel or 98 ron. Now with inlets, Any inlets, using just pump fuel would be more viable with more top end power provided. |
