Flash back to stock?

I'm currently on the MHD_JB4 pump flash and I'm going to be having a indy shop possibly replace my transmission. Would I need to flash back to stock in order for them to not run into any issues?

You should to play it safe I guess, and don't forget to set the JB4 to Map 0 because the OBD port won't work otherwise.

Put JB4 in map 0 and you'll be set. No need to flash back to stock.

Thanks! Confirmed with Terry as well and he said map 0 will be sufficient.
