Release date Vrsf inlets?

Anybody know when they will be ready to ship?

Waiting to pull the trigger on FBO when I can get them also.

I just put in my pre- order for them, and ordered my upgraded turbos. Hope soon... So I can get them both in.

Which turbos did you go with?

I am just waiting it out on inlets at this point, New ones need some time to be installed and tested, the VRSF ones have very limited info an pictures, I would like to use them but they say you can reuse all charge pipes, but for some reason TFT ones require a custom charge pipe. hmmm

No set date yet ( at least not on VRSF website).
No need to wait for the inlets before going FBO.

TFT requires their charge pipe included with their kit because they include a stock 335d coolant tank that is located on the driver side of the engine bay. Other charge pipes do not fit with this relocation. The VRSF probably has you relocating the stock coolant tank to somewhere else like the MMP inlets

The latest ETA is on the website. Our revised piping sample is arriving this week and filters should arrive mid-next week.

At this price point it seems like a no brainer! Looking forward to hearing more about these with all of the gains a few other companies are seeing with their upgraded inlets.

Are these going to be made out of aluminum, stainless, or silicone like some of the other inlet kits?

why is there litteraly no information regarding these inlets. Does VSRF even know what their intakes will be yet? And so many want to buy...

Just shows that value>everything else is a real thing.

As long as the end product is good i am all for it but it seems there is a ton of un answered questions regarding these inlets.

one question i have that i think i know the answer to, but want to confirm , is that this comes with everything to relocate whats ness to be relocated?

its not like it is that hard to mess it up. Its a couple sticks of pipe and couplers. You can make your own for pretty cheap, but since VSRF is selling to the masses, Im betting they have to make sure everything is going to work out price wise/fitment wise before they release anything else.

Filters arrived, the piping is about 1.5 weeks out.

These will include everything you need to install and relocate your existing components.

I wish these would work for a 5 series. I probably speak for many 535i owners when I say that if you could come up with something that doesn't relocate dsc computer or AC line, I would buy it.

1.5 weeks until you can ship them to us or 1.5 weeks until you can test fit them?

How is the install? Down pipes have to come off? Intercooler?

Placed my order but wondering if I have to wait on down pipe and intercooler install.

I can already tell those inlets are going to be very popular. They are not out yet and we already have a ton of pre-orders

I'm planning to do DPs at the same time because it looks like taking DPs off will get you better access to the area. A little goes a long way in that tight space. Not saying I don't like tight spaces .....lol. Hopefully, it's not too much of a knuckle buster.

You have to remove the downpipes to install the inlets. When they arrive they will ship out the same day.
