Steering vibration (+video)

Good evening. First of all sorry for my poor english.I am the owner of E90 330xd 2007 pre-LCI and 150000km. More recently, parking, wrenching the wheel appeared very unpleasant vibration. I changed the oil container and the oil of power steering pump but vibration remained. Maybe someone of you have encountered this problem and how to fix it? Thank you in advance.

Somewhat related: I have an E91 328xi, and if I turn the wheel at low speed (below 5mph) I get a weird grinding/vibrating sensation. I've simply chalked it up to the wheels needing to adjust themselves by rotating a little since the differential is likely preventing a smooth turn.

In other words, it's probably normal.
