How did this guys set up the displays like that on the torque app?

you can download different skins for the torque app and create your own. thats the GTR skin

Can you use this app along side a procede piggy back? Or would it only work in map 0 (bypass) similar too the open flash tablet?

Even though the text says torque, I believe that app is actually DashCommand.
