separate the 1M forum from 1-series
Jason & Mark Could you separate it like the M2 forum is separated? We get a lot of NON-1M related topics posted there. Would be easier to navigate separately.....would cause less confusion. I know the car is older, but it's still getting spammed with non-1M content.

I agree...Looking at the header there's M2, M3, M4, M5, M6 etc......we need a 1M pullout as this is also a real ///M, not a marketing gimmick like M235. Give us a separate forum.

I agree too! Would be very nice to have a separate forum.

I agree as well. Not sure why this never happened back in 2011, yet an M2 forum was created right after the launch.

Perhaps overseen in the fog of ///M car releases ... In spite of BMW's weird naming for the 1M, including that it's direct successor is named 'M2', I would argue that the creation of an '1M/M2' or even '1M2' forum (iso of the current 'M2) link would make most sense. Mostly because these are direct successors and thus draw like-minded members. Such an '1M2' forum would host both the current 1M and M2 sections. |

This is a long overdue feature. Is there a lot involved in doing this or is it simply some admin clicks that need to take place?
