Owner's Manual

Did your cars come with a hard copy of the owner's manual?

I know it is in the "iDrive" but I just noticed I don't have the BMW black "leather" case with the owner's manual that I have had on many of my prior BMW cars!!!
Car was bought new in US.

I'll have to call my dealer to find out where it is.

None. Didn't get any of them. No black case :-(

When did u pick up your car and did BMW-N.A. send you a questionnaire about your delivery ecperience?

Did you do a session at delivery with an employee that showed you in detail the car?

Should have gotten one man...

As mentioned above, when you took deliver of the car, they should have sat you down, given you the good ole intro to the car etc.

Yes, the "genius" sat in the car with me for half an hour and went through the features and said that the manual is on iDrive system, but then later at home as I looked around the car noticed no black case with all the stuff in it.

Anyway no big deal, I contacted my salesperson who apologized. I am having the dealer ship one to my house.
