New M235i Order: Factory Wheels and Tires Question

So I placed the order for my M235i last Saturday and the dealer told me that I can only get the high performance (summer) non-runflat tires on the Orbital Grey (aka black) wheels. I'd like to keep the wheels silver but want the summer tires. Can anyone confirm this is true?

Anyways Specs are:
Mineral Grey
Coral Red
Technology
Driver Assistance
Cold Weather
Manual
BMW Limited Slip Differential
H/K Stereo

Thanks. I look forward to being part of the 2addicts community.

The wheel comment should be incorrect. The 235i US spec factory wheels are the Ferric Gray + PSS tires:

The OPTIONAL tire configs are:
-Ferric w/All Seasons
-Orbit Gray w/All Seasons
-Orbit w/PSS

As long as he doesn't check one of the optional boxes the standard wheels are what you want.

This is correct, got the standard ferric grey in staggered sizes (PSS rubber) on my 2016 build.

I have the all-season radials and it corners great, don't really see a need for summer performance, and we had a minor snowstorm in Denver overnight and I was out driving someone to work in the BMW at 0 dark thirty and it handled magnificently in the snow. Very happy it has the all-seasons.
