First you have to replace the whole bank if there's less
Then index 11. So with 4 u should have replaced
4 5 6. And coded it.

I would took. The extra injectors and swapped 1 out
With the older injector.

Fuel pump. Need to do some logs with Mhd and jb4
To see.

U need to code these injectors.

You check the wiring good? When does it misfire right away? Constant? Or high power

How many miles and brand of plugs, and how many miles on coils? You replaced the index 7 with a new index 9, or a used index 9?

Can I ask how you've identified these bad injectors? You said you replaced one and then found out the other ones are bad as well. How did you make this determination? How did you diagnose the first one? Are your plugs fouled? Smell like fuel?

It's worth noting that shortly after I replaced an index 10 with an index 9 to troubleshoot, I had the same misfires shortly after and injector 1 looked as bad as the injector 3 I had originally replaced.

Ive tried myself to play the injector game. I ended up replacing all 6 injectors to index 12 and all head aches were gone.

Pull the spark plug on the offending bank and see how they look.

If they are fouled up it could be an indication that the injector is weak too.

Start with pulling the plugs.

Its hard to tell if an injector is weak unless the spark plug is fouled, the injector tips are gunked up or the injector itself is louder then others.

Only other way to really diagnose injectors is through INPA and it's not bullet proof either but you can look in the "System Status" "Rough Running Idle" area and look at the injectors for anomalies. I feel like im getting a head of myself here so sorry for the rant LOL.

Anyway, if the plugs check out and you really think it's not the injector then it could be a need for walnut blasting on the intake valves.

+1, i ended up doing 1 bank index 12... that fixed my issues... need 2nd bank when i get a chance...

don't forget to get new decoupling elements..

i wonder if injectors should be 100k wear item?

ill try to get the codes from inpa but dont know how to get injector status

You sure you installed them right? Were they new or used injectors? Did you code them? It's not a coincidence that the ones you replaced are the ones that aren't working correctly.
