N54 oil filter housing gasket.

So i replaced both the oil cooler and oil filter housing gasket yesterday. My questions is, if i only disconnected the upper radiator hose on the right side (not the one to the block) do i still need to bleed the system or can i just top it off? Pic for reference. Thanks
