Difference between N54 and N55 charge pipe besides BOV?

I have an old GReddy Type-S BOV I'd like to put on my N54 powered car, problem is, no one makes a charge pipe with my flange. SO I was kinda hoping the N55 pipe would fit and then I can weld my own flange onto it. They look identical in pictures, but I know that can't really be trusted.

They are the same pipe. Only difference is the DV/BOV option for N54.

I've never used one, but have you considered a Tial or HKS to Greddy BOV adapter?

Depending what brand CP you go with, the added height with the adapter may cause clearance issues.

Clearance was part of my concern but quite honestly, appearance is the main factor.

The 09+ N54 Charge Pipe is the same as the N55 Charge pipe minus the BOV/DV Ports.
