I had put bigger fuel injectors...and a customized GIAC FX chip...personally modified by Jeff Moss of Torque Factory..and Garrett Lim of GIAC. It also had a carbonio cold air intake..and Neuspeed cat back exhaust. I didnt do a downpipe or an intercooler upgrade.

Yes, I do car tests on occasion...other editors do more..I was the one that did the B7 A4 initial release article back in late 2005 for the new 2006 model...its on Audiworld. You can find it if you look for it.

I mean to dyno it..but didnt get a chance to. I am guessing about 240 bhp and 260 ft lbs at the crank...maybe a little more on 100 octane.

I want to pick up a Ducati 1098s, this means I'd "downgrade" in the 4 wheel department.. I've been looking at a couple 3.0 Quattro 6 speed 2005 A4s.

BUT, the more I look.. it almost seems more fun to go with a 1.8T over the 3.0.

Did they offer the 1.8T in 6 speed? or only 5 speed?

Yes, i think all 3.0 come with 6 speed, and some 1.8t with 6 speed + all USP 1.8t come with 6 speed.

No..I really could have done much more stuff...APR stage 3 kit...rear brake upgrade...FMIC....downpipes with gutted cat or no cat.....stereo upgrade. I did put LED tails on it..but took them off because they were defective.

It was...I gave it back to the dealer at end of lease term in March 2007 ...at the same time I got my 335
