Does the Sirius FSC Code Transfer Over in a Used CIC Unit?
Hi all,
Does anyone know if the Sirius FSC code will transfer over when a used CIC unit previously activated is installed in a different car? I know that the navigation and voice control will not. Thanks, Chris

It's a three way check, FSC VIN, CIC VIN and Vehicle VIN must match for an FSC to validate itself and enable the feature. |

Just wanted to update this...
My car had the factory Sirius unit in the trunk, and I was able to use it with the CIC (enabled SDARS: exbox with NCS). After connecting the CAN emulator, the internal Sirius started working too. Now, I just have to extend the antenna cable to the front.
