Non-Lighting Package, DRL with Headlights
I wasn't sure whether to post this in the cosmetic and lighting subforum or this one, but it seems to belong here more.
I do not have the lighting package, so the DRL is just the medial lamp of the two in the headlight unit. As soon as I turn on the headlights, the lateral lamp (headlight) turns on and the medial lamp (DRL) turns off. Is there any way to get the DRL to stay on when the headlights turn on? And if so, is it legal in CA? |

In the lighting settings, there is only a choice for DRL on or off. I was wondering if it was possible to code the function of DRL to stay on when the headlights turn on, meaning there are 2 lamps per headlight housing that are lit.
