I doubt it. Even the M6 GT3 is still catted.

Where can you get a nonresonated midpipe?

Aftermarket do plenty ie Scorpion/Milltek/Supersprint/Remus/AWE etc etc may need some adaptors to mate up MPE inlet to midpipe outlet but that's no big deal.

I'm considering Remus.....

Yes - cut and shut an OE midpipe to remove resonator is one way of doing it but I'm think about moving from current axle back to CBE whilst retaining MPE.

If so I'd want to remove the squashed bore section of OE midpipe just behind joint with DP, which no doubt has been ousted on M235i Racing, to get most out of the improved flow exiting from 200 CPI DP.

Heres a YT clip of an N55 f30 - gives you a flavour of how it'll sound.

Actually sounds pretty good. So my question here is "what material did you use on the replacement straight pipe?" my local shop who use stainless steel quoted me 1k...and another shop uses galvanized steel quoted me 200. I don't know much about these two options so I need a bit help here.

Well I understand anyone trying to make some money but a stainless steel replacement 80mm spacing pipe for the resonator and muffler shouldn't be more than $250

yeah now there's a problem. Even 250 is somewhat i can accept for a resonator delete. I probably went to some really expensive shops...for example, GThaus quoted me 1200....I'll ask around. You mentioned resonator and muffler delete, I was under the car yesterday and I only saw a resonator towards the connection to the downpipe, not sure if there is any muffler on mid-pipe or they are the same thing? forgive me if this is a dumb question.
