Quick Question to my fellow E90s
So I've became a feind for wanting to Mod my car and havent left this site for days.... my question is this..... is there anyway you can change the grille thing right by the lip? As in where people have intercoolers etc.... the stock black thing that comes with the silver line.... I hope you guys get me  |

I think you are refering to the "finishing rods" in the lower grill of an E90.
You can not remove them without it being noticable, but you can buy them in diffrent colors to replace them and swap them out rather easily. check www.realoem.com parts #7 and #8 from this diagram (this diagram is for a 2006 e90, you should start at the first link and select your EXACT vehivle) http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...13&hg=51&fg=15 07 FINISHER, ROD, LEFT SCHWARZSILBER 1 51117134093 $16.85 07 FINISHER, ROD, RIGHT SCHWARZSILBER 1 51117134094 $16.85 08 FINISHER, ROD, CENTER SCHWARZSILBER 1 51117134096 $25.95 EDIT: although I have seen people remove the center grill and finishing rod all together to leave it open and to show the intercooler.
