Hi all,

I drive a 2006 M3 E46 ALPINA white, the previous owner lowered the car (don't know which coils)
and the setup I currently have is 245s in the front and 275s in the rears with aftermarket 19s.

want my car to look beefier on the back. Any suggestions on spacer size and to get fenders rolled out? or just spacers?

also, would this affect the way the car drives?

Just wanted to know and have this done correctly. I would appreciate any advice.

For a beefy rear you'll likely need fatter tires (depending on wheel width). Hard to give you good advice though if we don't know what your suspension set up is or the offsets of the wheels. Need to know if you're running any sort of camber as well.

perhaps when I get home I can upload pictures, they seem slightly cambered. someone told me to get 17.5 in back and 10 mill in front.

cant afford an f80 right now and there's too many of them. I will wait at least a year. something about the M3 e46 that still is special to me

17.5mm spacer is a pretty aggressive width. I've never driven a car with spacers that wide so I can't comment on the handling. One thing you should consider though is premature wear on the wheel bearings.

And I would personally roll the fenders anyways just in case to prevent rubbing during suspension travel.

bump
