New earthquakes. Getting a rattle, fart noise.
Hi all. Have had my install done and loving it just on certain notes and volumes from the earthquakes I get a fart or rattle kind of noise. I origanly thought it was coming from the doors but found it is coming from the underseat subs. Are you guys with earthquakes running them with the black covers. Any tips on what to Dynamat if I need any. They were fitted with spacers. Don't think the guys that installed them used the plastic trims for securing the carpet.
Cheers. |

Came across this image and wondering should I remove the black girls and secure everything with that clear plastic instead. |

Make sure no carpet is touching the cone when they are playing. The SWS are a good design but the output on them is not as good as the stock logic 7 woofers. They also cannot take the power that the Logic 7 can. You may just be over driving them.
