Hi I was wondering if anyone from the uk could tell me if this sounds like a good deal on a new 3 series?

I was going to put an order in for a dealer stock 320d m sport touring.
with a part ex on my current car - with 1100 negative equity.
my deposit is 2400, monthly 48 x 399. final payment 13100

spec - sport auto, metalic paint, heated seats (front). Spec sheet says it has LED headlights as standard spec too.

Also changing to diesel form 320i - i really liked that engine is the new d as good?

Any thoughts?
