Front window seal replacement

Waters leaking into my passenger floor and finally found where it's coming from the the cowl and window seal are loose anyone know where I can get both cowl and seal replaced? Around SoCal. A.c. blower just went out due to the water leaking in

Where in socal are you? you can actually do those two things yourself if you wanted.

Near the Whittier area and really? I've tried looking up some DIY videos but haven't really found anything. If someone could lend a hand that would be appreciated
