Help! car throwing codes, limp mode

Car has gone into limp mode twice recently ONLY when Im idling for a few minutes. When I turn the car off and restart, car runs normally.

126,xxx miles, Burger DCI, Cobb v3

Here are the Codes my Cobb is showing:

P2EF4
P2A98
P3100
H30ED

Any ideas/suggestions what it might be? Vanos? T-stat? I know that a shop will just want me to throw parts at it so Im trying to get a solid diagnosis before I take it in. Any help is greatly appreciated!
