Need an project manager/engineer to answer some questions!

Hello, I need to acquire some information about a specific project in the tri state area (NJ/NY/Philly). It could be any project! If anyone has information like this please let me know I would really appreciate it.

1.The project background, scope, budget, staging and key milestones.

2. Understanding of the contract and project delivery system, roles and relationships between parties, progress measurement/payment, change order management.

3. Description of the Construction Methods and Materials, and an engineering evaluation of a key project component (e.g. foundation design, Cladding/envelope system manufacturing, and on-site installation, etc.)

4. A Preliminary Organization Chart and Work Breakdown Structure for the Project

Am I the only one reading OPs nick as "Nigerian Prince" and not "New Jersey Prince"? Cuz... sounds funnier as Nigerian Prince. If you give me work breakdown structure, I deposit $5 Million US dollars into your bank account.

Ive got lots of projects i could help you with this info but they arent in the area; mostly around the rockies. If you still want the info, PM me.

Also, what are you using this for?

you can google project management plan for XXXX and get some nice templates.

I prefer Agile
