How often do you "floor" your car?

How often do you floor your car? Few times a day? Few times per week or month?

First, let me say I adhere to the posted speed limits at all times and speeding is bad. I may floor my car a couple times a day.

+1

I'd say the same, though I rarely hit my kickdown so I guess it's not truly "floored".

I refuse to answer this question on the grounds that I will incriminate myself...

Once the car warms up, constantly. Never hit kickdown because I drive my DCT in manual and am already in the gear I want.

I would say a few times per week, I'll hit the kick down. I'll mostly floor it, aka not hitting the kick down, more frequently, but true, frustrated as fuck, I'm getting around this asshat or #redlightracecar, kick down hitting flooring, not so much.
S mode all the time.
(And always follow speed limit, natch)

It's hard to floor this car without autobahn so basically to qualify as floored I think one would have to get the vehicle up to its maximum speed and hold it for 1minute...so nope never floored it!

Can confirm that this is not strictly true. If you're roasting 'em off a red light at full throttle and let off before hitting speed limit, you can still get a ticket. Or so the policeman said. (According to friend.)

Yes there is and it's at the discretion of the officer to ticket you.

Too fast for conditions is one I've been saddled with. The other one I don't exactly remember but it was something like, Excessive display of speed. Both were for drifting through an intersection and all 3 lanes while turning left onto a large, lightly traveled road.

The cop that hit me with too fast for conditions was impressed and complimented the smoothness of my slide. But neither one bought my story about my foot slipping off the clutch. :

(For you kickdown people, a clutch is the thing that is typically operated by the missing third pedal, which is now operated by the magic stick thingy below your radio/AC controls.)

I do several times a day with a 510hp tank and still average 18.3. :

After you depress the gas, if you push harder you'll be able to go a little further.
