Update...frozen Glove Box Latcjh
In a previous entry, I reported that my glove box will not open in my '08 E93 with the top down. I have owned it for 3+ years and the glove box always opened with the top up or down. I was preparing to remedy the situation by reluctantly following DIY's for inspection and possible replacement of the latch motor. To start the process, I put my top up so I can access the battery and remove the negative cable. Just for the hell of it, before removing the cable, I tried the latch again and it opened! I tried it several times and it is working well. Go figure!
