335is Clicking Sound while trying to start

Hello guys, the past two days when I go to start the car, it makes a clicking sound as the starter is going bad but all the lights work and the idrive. I proceed to shut it off then attempt to start it again then it starts. Sometimes I have to do it twice. What could this be?

Starter is most likely going bad. Not many other things will give those symptoms.
