Not that I've heard. The flashing for gang stuff was at night when they had their lights off to tell them to turn them on. That was 10 yrs ago too.

most people are paranoid and stupid now days, last time I tried to tell someone on the road that one of their tires was completely flat they kept looking at me like I was a crazy person and didn't even roll down the window to try to understand what I was trying to tell them, I stopped caring about trying to help people on the road unless its an accident, because most times it ends up backfiring

Nah I'm good. I've experienced the whole "give an inch, take a mile" thing in my life.

Granted, flashing high beams to warn people of police won't lead to anyone trying to take advantage of me, but still. If I know you and trust you I'll jump through hoops to help you out, but for strangers? Pass.

I do day or night,

HOWEVER, I have seen people copped by this 2 things

1> here in Canada on a ticket fighting site; that a guy flashed a cop (unmarked) and they got done for riding with high beams

2> in the UK, you can get a ticket for interfering or obstruction of justice or something similar

but yep I do, and also have been thankful for them that have to me
