had 2 baby seats in my e92 all along and its fine providing the little one is above 6 months (so the baby seat can be forward facing).
I think it will be quite challenging if the baby seat was rearward facing still (ie. newborn to 6 months phase). |

I actually find 2-door cars easiest for forward facing child seats. It's easier to get them in and out from front-on compared to side-on. I had no issues with either capsule or child seat with the S15, which is smaller than the E92.

So if she tells you to get rid of the E92 you'll be best to say good idea I was thinking the same thing and buying something more practical like a honda Jazz |

Hi flex. Congrats!
Ive got a 5mther at present who has fit easily into the back of my e92 rear facing. Just make sure you loosen the rear anchor belt prior to trying to place her in. I'm pretty sure we had her in the back from about 4mths of age. They recommend keeping kids rear facing for as long as possible... i think up to 18mths. I wouldn't recommend using the e92 as her primary transport... it does require a fair bit more effort to get her in and out compared to the GLA and X5. Our seat is one of the bigger ones on the market too... so you should be fine! Good luck!

Congrats mate. I have a son due in just under a month.
I just bought a Maxi Cosi Euro NXT. It's easy to install with the isofix system (I dislike sash based seat restraints), it fits reversed in my 1M with the passenger seat slid as far forward as it will go, and it can be used forward facing thereafter. You should have a touch more room in the E92 chassis. |
