Real Life Racing Game With BMW M6 and M6 GTLM
![]() Real Life Racing Game With BMW M6 and M6 GTLM We’ve outfitted the BMW M6 and M6 GTLM with RC technology to create a real-life racing game. Professional racecar drivers Matt Mullins and John Edwards have driven thousands of tracks. But never like this. |

No.
Like just about everything you see in commercials, it's "dramatized". It would take a lot of practice to hold a drift like that using a joystick remote control. Anyone who has tried to play a racing sim with a gamepad can attest to how difficult it is. When you hook up R/C controls to real cars, you have to deal with the lag associated with servo motors and real world physics.

Indeed, as real as the 'self' driving E38 from James Bond.
