320i cabrio water build up in near side rear quarter panel.

hey all when it rains my rear quarter panel on the near side fills up with rain water... i know there are supposed to be drainage pipes which draw the water down through tubes and out the bottom onto the road and could be blocked with gunk and debris.. the problem is i can not find them to attempt to clear them.. i removed the plastic bung from under the car located just infront of the rear wheel.. its a 2007 320i cabrio. all i can hear when i drive is sloshing..

so far the only rememdy i have is useing a small hand pump to extract the water which takes some time. and i really do not want to resort to drilling holes in the bottom for it to drain out.

can any one help
