Arrow Tested the Aston Martin Vanquish

Hi guys,

I recently had the chance to test the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante. The last naturally aspirated V12 Vanquish produced. What do you guys think of combustion engines disappearing. Germany is now also discussing to not allow cars with combustion engines to be registered after 2030, same as California. I think it's... well, I wanna hear from you.

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. The coupe would be my pick, of course, but the wonder that is the v12 cannot be denied.

My father has a 09 DB-S (James bond car), 6MT - and he refused to get rid of it for the Vanquish because the Vanquish didn't come standard.

The V12 is something to behold. Hang onto them for as long as you can!

Hahaha but you got my point right? Because too many manufacturers (also Audi, BMW, Mercedes) often use plastic in aluminum looks.

When they updated the Vanquish they did away with the manual transmission. The older ones had manual, the newer ones do not.

You know, from what I've heard, except for the current reviewers that made videos of it, it's not that great. It is too much Mercedes inside and the turbo killed quite a bit of the sound. But I am sure it feels a lot more potent, like all modern turbocharged cars.

Gotcha. But the new ZF in there is really good. But of course it would be a lot more enjoyable with a manual box.

Incredibly "mercedesish" inside. Not quite the same bespoke feel to the infotainment system as before (even though it was quite dated).

Gotcha. Well, I sat in it for a while in Geneva this March, and it didn't blow me away, but again, I gotta drive it.

Yeah I agree. A super car of this caliber must have a unique interior and not something you can find in a C Class.
